Dear Panther Families:

As a school community, we have all experienced unprecedented change over the past several weeks. We truly appreciate your efforts and adjustments over this time to help make remote learning a success.

As Governor DeWine said earlier this week, it is our plan to return school buildings in the fall with our teachers delivering face-to-face educational experiences for your child(ren).  As an administration we continue to plan for our preferred setting, but are also working to develop contingencies for multiple scenarios should we receive differing directives from the state or local health departments.

Our priorities as we plan for 2020-21 are health and safety, high quality faith-based instruction, and continued communications with our families. With these priorities in place, we will continue to monitor new information as it is received and revise our planning if and when it is necessary. I know it’s frustrating to deal with uncertainty and we will continue to keep you informed and up-to-date throughout the summer months as we learn new information or make decisions impacting you.

Thank you for your patience with us as we navigated the shift to remote learning this spring. The upcoming school year also promises changes to processes but, I know we can adjust to those changes and have a wonderful school year.

End of Year Survey

As we plan for next year, we are once again asking you to take a few minutes of time to provide us with information to help with the planning process.

Please take a few moments to complete the online survey by clicking here.

Personal Item Pick-up

As you have seen in Panther Connect, we will be hosting a combined drop-off of school items and pick of any personal items left in the school. This event will be occurring June 9-11 based on student last name.

Please follow these instructions to help make this event operate as smoothly as possible:

Tuesday, June 9, 3pm-7pm
Last names A-K

Wednesday, June 10, 3pm-7pm
Last names L-Z

Thursday, June 11, 3pm-5pm
Make-up Day

  • Please have student last name written on a full sheet of paper and placed on the dashboard when you arrive. Use multiple sheets if more than one student last name in the car.
  • Have all school-owned items EXCEPT CHROMEBOOKS (text books, school owned instruments, etc.) in a garbage bag, labeled with student name and grade. Chromebooks should be kept for the time being. Please do not put more than one student’s item in a bag.
  • Collection/drop off will occur on the back parking lot. Please turn off of Decatur Street onto Madison Street and follow the traffic directions.

Know you all continue to be in our prayers. Enjoy a wonderful, relaxing summer, stay safe and please continue to monitor email and social media for school information.

Sincerely Yours in Christ,

Geoff Palmer, President
